How to get it as an agenda item

There is no church manual requirement for the elders to screen /approve the agenda.
Show up to the business meeting
Raise your hand
State that you wish to add this to the agenda: “I move that the business meeting discuss the 2015 immunization statement and consider the perceived conflict with the fundamentals and if deemed to be in conflict with our beliefs, the statement is to be rejected by majority vote and notice of rejection to be served to GC.”
Have someone who understands the issue already second your request.
Then insist on the matter being discussed, once it is seconded it must move to discussion.
The church manual doesn’t say they must add it to the agenda- there is no guidance. Nor does it say elders must first approve. You are dealing with a grey area, but I have found transparency to be the best way.
You must pray and let God lead. Make it a day of fasting all day. Pray and let God work a miracle.
